The Deckers asked me to photograph their family holiday get-together for 2015. It is quite remarkable to see the changes and passage of time with the Deckers since my first session with them in 2011. I hope to see more additional layers to the family down the road.
It’s always awesome when a client rehires you to capture a special moment in their family history. This time the Deckers wanted me to capture the wedding rehearsal for Daniel and Mallory which took place on Valentines Day. Any job is fun when the people are nice and welcoming. The best part about these type of projects is being surrounded by smiles, hugs, and laughters–and I get to capture those moments like a boy catching fireflies. Thank you and congratulations!
One of the many joy as a photographer is being asked to document various stages in our life, one of which is the 60th wedding anniversary. What a milestone in life–experiencing various seasons of both lives, witnessing changes in our society, and participating in the growth of our youth. Such are these that makes our time so invaluable and remarkable.
After photographing Katie’s bridal shower I was asked again to photograph this time the engagement party for Katie and Justin. The event took place on Kent Island, eastern Maryland, on a nice cool day. Like before, I had such a great time photographing the event. What a great way to do work.
I was assigned to photograph a bridal shower for Katie. Overall I had great time with the events, everyone was friendly, happy, and eventful.
