Bokeh Nebula

Jan 31, 2013 | Photography |

There is something mystical and yet feral about bokeh photography it brings out the kid in me. The everyday mechanical world, driven by logic and laws of physics, turns into a world where the micro turns into the macro, an optical illusion is a tangible energy, and everything is beautifully possible fueled by naive imagination. When I was capturing these bokehs they reminded me of nebulas and stars–some of them even looked like a sun.

Only thing I needed was a cardboard rocket ship to fly into it. For a brief moment I wondered if this is how a higher-conscious being must of feel when looking into the universe, filled with delightful mysteries.
